The small black tom paced around the lush, green garden, feeling restless and waiting for something.

"Hi, Jiji." A voice greeted, prompting him to look up. His violet eyes lit up in remembrance.

"Hi," Jiji replied cheerfully, "that took a while." He chuckled good-naturally.

"Ya," The lovable tom could feel the author sighing, "a lot of stuff came up..." The author trailed off, uncertainty.

"And...?" The tom prompted.

"And…. I didn't really have idea for this, but now I do."

"Oh, really." Jiji cocked his head to the side, "What is it?"

"If I told you," The author began, slightly amused, "would there be any point in me writing this?"

"Oh, no. Guess not."

"So, see ya in chapter two?" The author asked, now excited to write this since they now had a plan.

"Ya," Jiji agreed, "sounds good."
