A/N: Another response to my request for prompts. For vegawriters who requested a black shirt, GSR, and happy. Oh, and if you know what a gaggle/posse/herd/flock of moths is called, let me know

The first time Sara spent the night at his place, she commandeered his favorite black tee shirt to sleep in.

It was one he picked up at a entomology convention several years back, and was a bit worn, but so very soft. He had bought it because it had a beautiful print of a grouping of luna moths in flight towards a full moon.

Even though they had just made love, she emerged from the bathroom wearing the shirt and a shy smile. He lifted the blankets and patted the bed while returning her smile. When she crawled in and snuggled up he slept better than he had in a very long time.

A series of sleepwear had graced their sheets since that first night, but after a really tough night, the black shirt always made an appearance.

She told him it was like sleeping inside of a hug.

When he got back from his sabbatical, the black shirt was laid out on her pillow. The dog, much to his displeasure, was stretched out across Grissom's side of the bed. Their dog might be a bed hog, but at least he never went near their pillows.

"Hey," came Sara's voice from behind him.

"Did you have a tough case?" He asked turning around and gesturing to the shirt.

"No, I was just thinking about you coming home, and felt like sleeping in a hug," she said as she walked towards him. She slipped her arms around his waist as he wrapped his around her. "I'm happy you're home. I'll have something to cuddle up to besides 70 pounds of AKC registered boxer."

"I'm happy to be home too," Grissom said hugging her a little tighter.

The dog merely snuffled in it's sleep, while happily dreaming of chasing cats.
