Hello, no I'm not dead. (Well I am on the inside) Anyway this is an idea of what might have happened after Sun was fully reunited with his team.

Team SSSN was reunited at long last, the members all filling each other in on the events that had transpired during their time apart.

Scarlet ranted on about how he was left to take care of the other two, although everyone knew it would have been Sage who kept them out of trouble.

After a while everyone started to do their own thing. Sage read a book on plants native to Vale, Scarlet took to playing a game on his scroll and Neptune sat on his bunk, watching Sun who was outside.

"Just go speak to him Nep." Sage spoke up, not looking away from his book.

Neptune took a deep breath before finally standing and walking out to where Sun sat.

"So Vacuo huh?" Neptune said, sitting next to Sun on the edge of the balcony which was attached to their teams shared doom room.

Sun didn't respond, his eyes remained fixated on the purple sky ahead, as if awaiting the arrival of the broken moon that would soon rise over the city of Mistral.

The silence between them lasted for another 10 minutes until Sun gently place his hand over Neptune's.

"I'm sorry." Sun confessed. He finally turned to look at his partners face, small tears forming in his eyes. "I was so selfish to leave, I didn't even know if you guys were really okay, I just left everything." His breathing became more rapid as tears fell down his face. "I left you."

The last words he spoke came out as a faint whisper.

Neptune, not knowing what to do just pulled his team leader into a tight embrace.l

"S-sun." His voice broke as he said his name. "It's okay. You did what you felt was right." Neptune whispered into his ears softly.

Wrapping his tail around the taller boy, Sun pulled them even closer together until there was virtually no space left between the two of them.

Neptune buried his head into Suns neck and breathed in the familiar sent that he had miqssed in the time they were apart.

The pair stayed in this position of emotional comfort until the sun had finally set and the nights darkness began to set in.

Eventually Sun drew back and ran his hands up Neptune's body until he was holding the other boys face. lovingly Sun looked deep into his partners blue eyes, he had thought of them as he had passed over the ocean too and from Menagerie.

Soon after Neptune mirrored Sun's actions until he too was gazing intensely into the others eyes.

It was only when Sun had a strange feeling inside that this would be the most perfect time to complete such an action that he slowly brought his face closer to Neptune's and finally after after almost a year of being apart, the two were once again completely connected.
