Well, this is awkward.
It's 2 am and I'm alone in my room after working out what to do with my life. Who knew that I'd be writing this again.
Truly Alive began in 2013. 5 years ago and change from today. Feels like a lifetime, honestly. It's April 15th, 2019 and I want to bring some closure for both myself and those of you who actually read this stuff I punch into my keyboard.
Truly Alive has 3 parts. I've gotten a 1/3 through the first part on my best attempt, the original TA.
Some of you may know i deleted TAR. I did. I did it to refresh the story, and as I'm rewriting it. From beginning to end. God damn this is gonna be a long haul. Let me explain.
Truly Alive was my first attempt at a story. It failed. I tried the third person, swapping first-person views; I tried many things. But it was my lack of understanding, my amateurism that held me back. It took away from what it could have been. I keep it around, the original, as a reminder of what I was. So that I can assure this will be a completed story. A better, more thorough story. I want to give you a glimpse into Dean Styner's world with the best tool I can use: my words.
Like years ago, I run on feedback. Please tell me your thoughts in either a review or a PM. The more I learn, the better quality gets posted. My posting times and dates will vary, but I ask that you bare with me. I am focusing on quality here, something Truly Alive didn't have enough of.
