ANAKIN SKYWALKER
Pain. It was a fiery pain that shot through his body unceasingly. Agony. It was agony that crawled up his spine and set every nerve alive with the fiery pain.
He looked up at him, hate in his eyes. He could see the man above him shouting down at him, but couldn't hear his words because of the crashing noises of the molten lava reaching up towards his maimed body. But he was sure he was cursing him. He couldn't hear the words, but he could swear they were words of anger. He was mocking him, wasn't he? Laughing at his anguish. That man was tormenting him. He had brought this pain upon him, and now he was cursing him.
So, as soon as the man above him paused in his cursing speech, he screamed at the top of his lungs.
"I hate you!"
OBI-WAN KENOBI
Pain. It was an unbearable pain that shot through his heart without an end. Agony. It was agony that tore through his mind and clouded his vision with grief.
He looked down at him, tears in his eyes. He tried to talk sense into him, but it was as if the young man below him wasn't even listening to his words. He pleaded with him between sobs, tried telling him that he had done wrong. He had never wanted it to end like this. Never. That boy down there…that boy was his son. His brother. He had done wrong, but it was never too late to turn back.
But still, he didn't listen. Instead, he began screaming up at him, words of hate and pure anger.
Finally, he gave up. He turned to leave, swiping the burning tears away from his face with the back of his hand. But before he left, he had to say one last thing. Try getting through to him one last time. He looked down at him, and just before the lava reached the broken man below he told him
"You were my brother, Anakin! I loved you."
So he left, not looking back. Leaving his past life and past friend behind him.
Obi-Wan Kenobi left, never knowing that Anakin Skywalker had never even heard him say "I love you."
Still banned, but managed to upload this story for you. In case I didn't write it clear enough, while Obi-Wan was saying I love you, Anakin's mind was so twisted by Palpatine that he believed Obi-Wan was cursing him.
