Monster Strength

So now that I've gotten to Shippuden I think Sakura deserves more credit then I would normally give her, so here's to Sakura.

"Sauske one last time, you take one step away and I'm going to tear you to bits." Sakura said through gritted teeth, her fists forming at her side.

"And how do you expect to do that? The only two things I know you're good at are chakra and crying." He said in his usual cool demeanor.

"Don't try me."

"Take a shot then why don't you?" He said folding his arms.

Sakura concentrated all her chakra into her two fists just as Tsunade had taught her. She charged forwards and hit the ground inches away from Sauske's feet.

There was a startled expression on his face as he backed away.

Sakura gave him no room for retreat or praise. She launched another fist this time straight at his face. He tried to parry the attack with one hand. A snapping sound caused his face to contort in panic. Blood oozed from where his index finger used to be; now it lay stuck to the back of his hand.

She took another shot this time at his stomach, blood gushed from his mouth. He held his stomach and curled up in a ball, squirming like the pathetic thing he was reduced to.

He looked up at her and stuttered one final word before falling in a deep black hole of unconsciousness "How?"

A smile crossed Sakura's face. A few seconds later her eyes blinked open. It had been a dream. She wished it were true though. She wished she could have stopped him from going to Orochimaru. Now she was going to bring him back at any cost, dead or alive. Though she'd prefer the latter.

Hope you found it fun to read! Review!
