This begins where "King of the Noobs" left off. Godzilla has returned to the sea, and the town of Cornbury has begun reconstruction after the final battle. The Noobs are all at Tyler's house, discussing whether the death of Anguirus was the end or the beginning of a new era for the Supernoobs. Just then, a news report comes on that a giant three headed dragon is attacking Cornbury. The Noobs head out, but XR4Ti reports there is no virus in the area, leaving them to believe this creature was created through other means, and they get their battleballs and suit up. They head out to fight the dragon, whom Kevin says looks like King Ghidorah, and thus, dubs it that. They find the man behind the creature's creation, Mr. Wertz. He then reveals that he did in fact create King Ghidorah. After being sent away after the parent-teacher conference, he began plotting his revenge, he escaped from the asylum, and kidnapped a member of the Benevolent Alliance, and mutated said member into King Ghidorah, and now he plans on using him to take over the world. He then orders King Ghidorah to destroy the Supernoobs. The dragon complies, and the Noobs make a run for it. Just then, Godzilla returns, having sensed Ghidorah's prescence, and fights the dragon off. Mr. Wertz then order Ghidorah to kill Godzilla, and the dragon complies, and the two giants clash. Over time, Godzilla is on the verge of losing, but then, Shope uses her powers to knock a water tower down on Ghidorah, distracting it long enough for Godzilla to get back up. Godzilla then batters Ghidorah and decapitates his middle head. As Ghidorah makes his escape, Godzilla fires his heat ray, burning a hole in Ghidorah's wing, causing him to crash into a tall building, which collapses on the dragon, killing it. Godzilla gives a triumphant roar, then stomps Mr. Wertz before returning to the sea once again. The Noobs hi five on their victory before returning to their homes.
