"It seems time has run out for today, Eillis." The doctor said looking up for his notes.

The girl lying on the shay's lounge sighed and nodded. "So it has, Doc. So it has…" She said pulling her hand made beanie onto her head, and retrieving her corduroy backpack from the floor. "I'll see you at next week's appointment… Till then, Doc." She said zipping up her jacket and departing the office.

"The next time you go to see him you ought to actually talk to him, instead of just sitting there for an hour." A condescending tone whispered into her ear as she walked down the hall.

"I'm not paying for the visits and as soon as I'm finished with the required sessions, I'm leaving this place and that shit-for-brains doctor behind." She said quietly, barely moving her lips as to not draw attention to the fact she was talking to no one.

An imaginary hand crept along her spine and found its way to the back of her neck. "You need to actually talk to someone who exists in the real world, not us." Another voice said as she strode into the biting autumn air.

She ignored that comment as she stepped up to a coffee vender on the street. "One hot chocolate, please." She said putting on her 'normal' act for the public around her. Walking along the sidewalk she sighed, wanting everything to just be quiet for once. Not noticing where she was walking she accidentally bumped into a man chaining his bike up. She looked up and began to apologize, but stopped mid- sentence when she saw who she had just collided with.

"I would highly suggest that you either start running the way you came or you are going to be dealing with a long and uncomfortable talk with someone you haven't had to see in over five years." The colder of the voices whispered, the wind blowing against her back. Without a thought, she began running as fast as she could, thinking 'WHY IS HE IN THIS TOWN?! WHY NOW?!'

"Why are you running you're listening to him? You need to confront your fears, why not start with HIM?" The second voice said gently.

She slowed her pace and turned to see the male walking up to her. She tensed and bit her cheek, telling herself it's alright. She walked toward the man and smiled weakly, all of her mind screaming use a better judgment choice. They both stopped about a foot from each other. The man smiled at her warmly, "Hello, Eillis, it's been quite a long time since I last saw you." The man said kindly.

"It's been quite a long time. Doctor Gallagher …" She said softly.

I know this is short, but forgive. This is going to have some seriously bad shit in the later parts, so I hope no one gets pissy.
