When UCOS began I never pictured this, I never saw us being this close. I never saw myself falling in love with you. It's days like today when I realise how perfect things are, it's the bank holiday and like we're usual we're on a team day out to the beach. We've decided that the beach is too full of screaming children and your shopping is limited to an hour just before we leave so instead we're at the pier. Every year we do this and every year we kid ourselves that we'll get the perfect team picture and yet each year it's just you and me that'll go into the photo booth. Your sole dazzles me as you pull different funny faces, laughing all the while. I love times like this when you're completely at ease and laughing as we leave the booth and collect the photos when've just taken, I can't help but smile. The photos are a perfect snapshot of our relationship and just like every year I intend to treasure these snaps.
But we got closer

And coming over
And we would talk all afternoon
We're all in a restaurant now and it's like always when we're out eating. No matter what you order you always want some of my food. A while back you'd have used your own cutlery but the fact that you're now so willing to eat from mine sums up how close we've become. That and the fact that you now turn up at mind just to talk or because you can whereas a couple of years back the only reason you'd have been at mine would've been to shout at me.
This could be perfect
But we won't know unless we try
I know you're nervous
So just sit back and let me drive
We're home now after a busy day, you're slightly tipsy as usual after these days out but you're still fully in control of your actions. The look in your eyes tells me we both know where our relationship is going tonight, the look in your eyes is also one of fear, fear of ruining our perfect friendship but our relationship could be even better. We both know that now is that do or die moment.

That's it, friendship over as we kiss, the hear and spark telling us what we both needed to know. What's down this road could be so much better than the friendship we shared, what's to come is a future of us.
