AN: I never planned on writing a Sequel to 'Waltz With Me'. It was going to just be a one-shot. I had a person, ForeverDancer, ask me to write a story around it. While I do not feel the need to do that I have decided to write a sort of sequel. You do not need to read 'Waltz With Me' to read this BUT you will need to know that Hermione is back in her own time. I hope everyone enjoys it. I will not be adding a Sequel to this. =]

Hermione felt herself fall and rubbed her temples, she hoped she never had to travel through time again. Hermione saw the shadow of a person though and became slightly frightened. She didn't expect to see anyone near her, she was after all in the middle of the Forbidden Forest. Slowly she looked up to face whoever it was.

"You." Her eyes were wide with surprise. Here was the man she once loved. Did still love. He no longer looked like the Lord Voldemort she remembered before she left. He now looked like an older version of her Tom- a very sexy older version.

"Afraid, love?"

"Never." She straightened her back and lifted her chin in defiance, "Never of you, Tom."

He just smiled and flicked his wand, a slow eerily beautiful song began to play as he offered her a strong hand. Out of habit and desire she took it.

She felt his strong arm pull her flush against him as they danced in the shadows of the forest.

"You don't look like the Voldemort I remember."

"I made sure that when I received my new body it would look the way it did before I died. No snake-like faces here." He smiled at her.

"I'm sure you still strike fear into your Death Eaters."

"Of course."

"Why are you here, Tom? How?"

"I've waited over fifty years for you to return, finding out where you would return just helped take up some of my time."

"Why? I know you can't love. You told me so yourself. Why wait?"

"You're the only witch that would ever be able to come close to matching me. You're powerful and intelligent. I want you by my side."

Hermione sighed and rested her head on his chest, her brain working frantically. She loved him with everything she was. She didn't know when she started to love him but he wormed his way into her heart.

She could accept him and try to build a life of happiness with him. She would be betraying everything for him.

Her other option was to betray him for everything else, and the very thought made her heart cry out in pain.

She couldn't do it. She loved him, he was everything.

Lord Voldemort smiled, he could feel her lean closer to him, surrendering to him.

Yes, he had wanted her and only her by him. She was perfect for him in every way and the only other person he respected, the closest he could come to love.

He gently grabbed a handful of her hair and brought her mouth up to his before he finally kissed her.

He could have his cake and eat it too, after all.
