Hello. I haven't updated anything in a while, and I want everyone to know I'm still alive. This is a short little ficlet I made when I first started Happy reading!

Sam lays on the floor of her room, slash marks on her arms.

I tried to kill the pain

But only brought more

She cries helplessly thinking this is the end.

I lay dying

And I'm pouring crimson regret and betrayal

She looks at the smashed picture of Danny on the floor. She had used the
broken glass from the frame to cut herself.

I'm dying praying bleeding and screaming

She thinks of what had happened earlier that day. She had confessed her
love to Danny, and he was so shocked he just flew away. She had thought he
didn't love her back. She had thought that if she couldn't be with him,
there was no point of living.

Am I too lost to be saved

Am I too lost?

She moans with pain as she makes another slash.

My god my tourniquet

Return me to salvation

She thinks about her life. Helping Danny. Saving Danny. Loving Danny. Her
entire life revolves around Danny. 'Well,' she thinks, 'no more Danny.'

Do you remember me

Lost for so long

Will you be on the other side

Or will you forget me

I'm dying praying bleeding and screaming

Am I too lost to be saved

Am I too lost?

She remembers all of the wonderful times she and Danny had spent together.
That time they had danced, it was heaven.

She shudders. It's almost over now.

My wounds cry for the grave

My soul cries for deliverance

Will I be denied Christ

My suicide

Danny comes into the room to find Sam dead on the floor. He reads her
suicide note:

Dear Danny,

It looks like you won't be seeing me for a while. I'll come and visit you
from the spirit world one day. I love you, and always will, even if you
don't love me back. Goodbye.

Sam
