Summary: A Soc girl named Midnight just moved to Tulsa from Nebraska.(Hehe I live there, and no I dont know the people who won the lottery,even though I live in the town that the people were from)She is popular pretty and everyone usually falls in love with her, but her perfect world is just a facade and her family has it's secrets. The book is in first person from Midnight's POV. Enjoy!
Chapter 1: Im here to tell you the truth.
My name is Midnight Sally Nelson. Im sixteen years old and I just moved to Tulsa Oklahoma with my family. Looking into my life,most people would say I have it all. I have the perfect body,perfect family,I can sing and dance and I iceskate. Yep,everything seemed perfect.
My family was perfect too. My dad was a high executive at a legal firm and had a lot of power. He was a tall man in his 50's and he had brown hair and dark brown eyes.
My mom was the perfect housewife, she cooked, she cleaned she did everything. She was in her 40's and had soft brown hair and green eyes, she was fairly short.
My sister Tibby was next. She was tall and blonde and was tall. She had green, emerald shinning, green eyes. She was VERY popular and everyone loved her.
If I had to pick my favorite family member, it'd be Derek, my brother. He was very tall and he always stood up for me. I love him to bits and he'll always be my favorite.
Looking into it my family was perfect, but if there's anything I've learned in my 16 years it's that you have to look beyond the surface and beyond the surface my family had it's secrets...
