The Celestian Alliance were in Brantford, New Hampshire, "Why are we here, again?" Frank asked.
"They're displaying the comic book version of Losing Game," Tucker explained, "The one where Dr. Blight turns African cattle into raging bulls."
"But why here?" asked Gary, "Why not the shop you go to all the time."
"Because Wheeler's cousin works at their local comic shop," Tucker explained.
"Joey," Kiki said, "From the Puppies By The Millions episode."
At the local comic shop, they met up with a red-haired boy with freckles, "You must be Tucker." the boy said, "Cousin Wheeler told me about you."
"And your Joey." Tucker guessed as Joey nodded.
"Joey" shouted a woman, "We have a shipment of Ponies, Ponies, Ponies comics here."
"Okay Nora!" shouted Joey as he took off to handle the shipment.
Tucker and Lilo followed him to the back room, where they met his new boss and two children, "I'm Nora," said the woman, "This is my Niece Judy and my Nephew Peter."
"Where are your parents?" Tucker asked.
"My brother and his wife died in a skiing accident last winter," Nora explained.
"I'm sorry to hear that," Lilo said.
After they handle the shipping, Peter and Tucker found a mysterious African game with animals on it, "Jumanji?" Peter asked.
"Are you going to get your copy of Captain Planet: Losing Game?" Joey asked.
"I'll catch up with you later." Tucker shouted, "Peter and I are going to play this weird game."
"Well I'm joining too," Judy said, "I don't want you to play anything that's strange."
Judy rolled the dice, which landed on 6.

Then out of nowhere, a ton of mosquitos came in, "Where do these wasps come from?" shouted Tucker.
"What's going on?" Judy shouted.
They ducked while the mosquitos took off. Then Peter rolled the dice.
This will not be an easy mission
Monkeys will slow the expedition.
Suddenly, they heard some monkey noises in the bookstore. When they got there, monkeys were wrecking the store, "They must've escaped from the nearest zoo!" Nora suggested.
The Celestian Alliance knew what REALLY was going on, it was another Tucker antic.
