I can not find this story i think its called the girl next door but i'm not sure it starts out with Bella moving to Forks with Charlie he has won the lottery so the house is big rose ends up staying with Bella as a surprise then Bella meets Edward i thinks he lives next door or across the street the girls were dancing so the guys caught them by looking in her window cause they're painting.
