Chapter :Flashback

I stood at the bottom of the steps of Konoha Ninja High, staring at the school with my deep ocean blue eyes. My dark purple hair was flowing everywhere in the gust of wind. Today was the first day of my high school career and better yet, it was my first day of ever going to a public school.

Flashback:

"You're now a genin Agi!" my mother exclaimed.

My dad just put the headband around my head and the fifth hokage was standing next to my mom. They all clapped their hands in congratulations. I smiled and went to embrace my parents. Karen nudged my leg and I petted her head.

"Congratulations dear!" she said

"Congratulations Agi." Shizibi, the 12-tailed demon wolf that is sealed inside of me, told me.

"I know this is a very special moment but Mr. and Mrs. Takurna you guys have a mission." Informed the Fifth.

Suddenly everything became serious.

"It's an A-Rank, possible S-rank mission. Here is the information. You guys need to leave by tonight."

She handed them the scroll and left. They read the scroll and left to go pack. As soon as they were done packing they came out and gave me a good bye hug.

"We'll be back in about two weeks. You know where everything is and if you need anything you can call Miss Tsunade." Mother said

She kissed me on the forehead and my dad patted me on the head, then they were gone.

Two Weeks Later:

There was a knock on the door. I got up and open it, and there was Lady

Tsunade. She had a look of sadness written over her face.

"Lady Tsunade, what's wrong?" I asked worried

"Agi I have terrible news…It's been two weeks since your parents went on a mission am I correct?"

I thought about it for a minute and answered.

"Yes Ma'am"

"Well during the mission...your parents... well they were ambushed and…they didn't survive."

Tears began to swell up in my eyes but I forced them back. I couldn't believe it. My parents, they're gone. What's gonna happen now? Where will I live? How will I eat? Many questions began racing through my mind, but there was one that stuck out the most. How am I going to continue my training and learning. Karen came over and nudged my leg.

"Everything will be alright I'm pretty sure. We'll figure something out right Shizibi."

"Right Karen, don't worry we'll take care of you if nothing else goes right."

I sighed, knowing they were right …but still.

"But don't worry about anything financially, I will take care of that. You can keep the house as well. Your parents did leave you a good bit of money in case of emergencies. You will get about $100 a month for food, and as for your education and training to be a ninja, I am enrolling you into Konoha Ninja High."

End of Flashback

*sigh* Tears began to prick my eyes and I wiped them away before I really started crying.

"Come on Karen, Shizibi let's get going."
