Sometimes, it just takes a basic virus to panic a big brother. When Sam isn't feeling well, Dean doesn't sleep well.

Timeline: Whenever.
Dean took the washcloth off Sam's head, feeling how warm it was. He rinsed it with cool water, filled it with ice, and tried to keep his hands steady as he replaced the cloth, Sam's eyes still twitching beneath the lids in fevered dreams.
Dean sat, watching, afraid to fall asleep.
Soon, Sam groaned. Dean jumped, hand to his brother's cheek, finally cooling.
"Hey, Sammy. Over the hump. You're gonna be okay."
Dean sat again. He still wasn't sleeping tonight, but they would both make it until tomorrow.
