Just a little one-shot that popped in my head and wouldn't go away. Enjoy!

More than just a conman:
Frankie anxiously tapped his foot on the floor of the airplane the team was currently using for transportation back to Langley.
It wasn't fair.
It wasn't like Face was a bad guy, he really wasn't, and to be honest Face did try and teach Frankie how to run a con, but the younger man wasn't catching on.
He knew Face was damn good at his job, that's why Johnny kept him on the team so long, but what would happen if there was someone better at running a scam?
Would Johnny tell Face to get lost? Surely the older man only wants the best on his team.
Frankie kept throwing sideway glances to Hannibal, trying to figure out how to start the conversation when Hannibal did it for him.
"Something on your mind Frank?" Hannibal asked looking at the younger man.
Frankie was taken by surprise and sat there with a blank expression on his face.
"You've been staring at me for the past 20 minutes, now what is it?"
"I uh, well I was wondering, you know, if you found someone better at scamming people than Face, would you want them on the team instead of Face?"
Now it was Hannibal's turn to be taken by surprise. Where was the kid going with this?
"No." Hannibal said sternly.
"No? Don't you think there might be someone better out there?"
Hannibal glanced at Face, who was sitting diagonally in front of him, sleeping peacefully.
"There could be someone better out there, but that's not the point."
"Why not? I'm sure you want only the best working beside you."
Hannibal resisted the urge to roll his eyes. Sometimes this kid could be really dense.
"I already have the best. Frankie, Face isn't on the team just because he does his job well, actually, he does it very well. He's here because he is someone I trust with my life, and to me that's more important than who he can con or can't con."
Frankie was quiet a moment, and Hannibal was sure he got his point across, when the younger man spoke up again.
"What if the person who was better than him was already on the team, and you trusted them with your life too?"
Hannibal sighed, so that's what this was about. Frankie was jealous of Face.
"Listen Frankie, it wouldn't matter if there were 100 people that were better than Face, even if I trusted all of them, Face would never, I repeat, never be off the team. Besides, I'm pretty sure there is no one better. That answer your question?"
Frankie snapped his mouth shut and nodded. Hannibal watched as he sat back and began to pout. He chuckled softly to himself and glanced up at Face again. This time he was pretty sure he saw a smirk on the conman's lips.
Great, now Face was going to have one hell of an ego boost.
-The End.
