Summary: The Wathcer's Council takes temporarily takes Buffy powers away as punishment. She goes to L.A. to try
to get herself back. With Buffy back in L.A. Angel is literally stuck between the past and the present. Who will he choose?
Buffy or Cordy?
Buffy was angry very very angry at the stupid Watcher's Council. How dare they take her powers away because
of what happened at the Sunnydale Parade. It wasn't her fault Faith wasn't patrolling like she promised Buffy she would
which resulted in the massacre of several people. The Watcher's Council of course blamed Buffy for the incident saying
she was in charge and should have been responsible enough to check in on the parade given Faith's history. Not only that
but they accused her of unsafely guarding Sunnydale for years so they unanimously decided to temporarily take Buffy's
slayer powers away from her. They wanted her to quote, "Ponder how you have countlessly endangered the most helpless
victims, the humans and by putting you in their shoes will know how it feels to be helpless thus giving you more responsibility
to safely protect the humans of Sunnydale."
The only thing good about this little temporary thing is that she finally gets time off. Ever since she died there been
something different about her. Her personality went a complete 180. Buffy hardly talked with what she once called "the scobby
gang." The only time she talked with them is if there was a crisis. So Buffy decided to L.A. to visit Angel. Maybe if she visited
Angel, he could help her get the part of herself that was lost. So she packed a bag and headed there.
