Choice 1
Sirius is either given a trial or breaks out. Either way Sirius will raise Harry. Also have Molly and Ron bashing you can include other Weasleys' as well. Dumbeldore bashing is your choice. Make Harry smart, not book smart like Hermoine but smart like how James and Sirius were, they used to study but they also had fun. Also make sure Neville has his own wand. If you're going to make Harry the 2nd marauder leader then include Neville. Don't have Harry/Ginny pairing
Choice 2
Harry is 11, he goes to Gringotts with Hagrid again but the Goblins don't allow Hagrid to take Harry to the Philosopher's Stone vault, instead someone takes him to his account manager who informs him about his vaults and parent's will, also about Sirius. Harry starts on the way to getting Sirius freed. Goblins will also give him the Potter heir ring which protects him from (that is up to you what he's protected from). Have the goblins get rid of the horcrux in his scar if you want. (if they do maybe have them check their vaults for anymore of them) Keep Harry's parseltongue ability. Also let him find books from his parents which help him with his work, don't make him friends with hermoine and ron. Again have Ron and Molly bashing. Dumbeldore bashing is up to you.
Don't have Harry/Ginny pairing.
