I wrote this at 10:30 last night so sorry if it doesn't make sense.
The light from the stained glass window illuminated the tiny specks of dust flying through the room as Ron Weasley laid his head down atop his Transfiguration book. He had an essay due tomorrow, but he could not find the motivation to actually do it.
He lifted his head just as one of his best friends, Hermione Granger walked through the portrait hole, her arms weighted with books.
He gulped. She was looking exceptionally beautiful today, with her dazzling brown eyes and bushy hair that caught the sunlight and seemed to sparkle as she walked. She dropped her books on the table next to Ron with a sigh.
"I was going to ask you to meet me in the common room after everyone had gone to sleep," she whispered to him.
"But I can see you'll be busy."
Hermione then picked up her books and exited through the stairwell to the girls dormitories, while Ron looked at Harry, who happened to be sitting across from him, and glanced at him questionably. Harry returned it with a confused look, no, she hadn't asked him.
Needles to say, Professor McGonagle received Ronald Weasley's essay right on time the next day, delivered to her desk with a light smile on his face.
First Romione fanfic-nibblet so I'd appreciate some feedback.
