In the Phantomhive manor, night fell and Alois fell asleep in the middle of him and Ciel's meeting.
"Honestly Alois, are you really that tired?" Ciel sighed and called his butler in to take Alois to the guest bedroom. Ciel went to his own room, getting ready for bed.
"It's going to storm tonight, my lord." Sebastian said as he buttoned up Ciel's nightshirt.
"Indeed." CIel said calmly. He was actually pretty frightened of thunder, its loud booming made him flinch and whimper...
"Would you like me to keep you company, master?"
"No, It is just a silly thunderstorm. I am too old to be afraid of thunder."
"Very well then." Sebastian bowed and blew out the candle light.
"Good night, my lord."
Ciel pulled his covers higher, curling into a ball as his eyes stayed open. Lightning flashed and thunder boomed. Ciel flinched and whimpered, hearing a loud boom from outside. The rain poured, hitting his window with loud clicks and the pitter patter of the drops on the roof of the mansion.
"I just wish it would stop!" He said as he pulled the covers higher. Suddenly, there was a crackle and crumble, then BOOM! There was a very loud, close, and obnoxious thunder sound from outside, followed by a bright flash of lighting. The boy could have sworn he just saw a frightening figure as the light flashed... A demon if you will. Ciel shrieked and ran out of his room to the guest bedroom where sleeping beauty was. He quickly opened the door, revealing Alois who was sound asleep. Ciel ran in and hopped onto the bed, pulling the covers over him. He faced Alois and wrapped his arms around him, shaking. Alois slowly fluttered his eyes open and blinked rapidly to get the sleep out of his eyes.
"ngh... Ciel?" He muttered softly as he was a bit surprised.
"A-Alois-" Suddenly there was another boom and Ciel whimpered.
"Ciel are you scared of the thunder?"
Ciel hugged him tighter.
"M-maybe..."
Alois smiled and put his arm around him.
"Aw, it's okay Ciel." He whispered. Ciel blushed and looked up at Alois. The blonde chuckled at the cute blush on his face and pulled Ciel on top of him. Ciel blushed deeper at the fact that he was straddled on top of Alois and the only clothing he really had on was a white shirt... He rested his head on Alois' chest anyway, rubbing slightly up against him to get comfortable. Alois felt Ciel flinch when there was a thunder boom from outside, so he hugged Ciel's waste tighter. He had an idea, but he was not so sure about it...
"Ciel would you like i-if I sing to you?" He asked nervously. Alois was truly an amazing singer, he had a magical voice. Though Alois does not like to sing in public, he usually does it when he is feeling down or sad. Ciel nodded slightly.
"Okay."
Alois took a deep breath and started to sing the song that was sang to him when he was little.
"The full moon slightly chipped~..." Alois sang his best as Ciel listened, falling in love with Alois' beautiful voice.
I had no idea Alois could be so amazing! Ciel thought, completely impressed with Alois. He smiled and gradually started to fall asleep. Alois finished his song and sighed. He smiled and kissed Ciel's forehead.
"Good night, my dear Ciel." He fell asleep with the boy.
