As she lay there in that hospital room waiting for death to come. She had in internal injuries from the crash. By the time she got here she had been bleeding for 5 hours. The doctors said there was no hope that she would live.
Now as he sits there holding her hand as she sleeps peacefully waiting, knowing what is going to happen to her.
She opens her eyes slowly and looks around, for a minute forgetting where she is.
"Dom" she whispers quietly
"Yeah baby" he says through his tears
"I love you" she says
"I love you too Letty" he replies back
With all her strength she leans up and places a soft kiss on his lips. Then she lays back down and looks into his beautiful brown eyes. She closes hers, the monitor beeps. She's gone his baby's gone because of his stupid mistake. This thought makes him cry harder. For about a hour he sits there just starring at her face. He finally leaves the room.
"Is she gone" Leon asked with fear in his voice
"Yeah, she is" he answers back
"I'm sorry Dom" Le says as he hugs him
"I know it's not your fault"
And with that they both left the hospital in silence. Those 2 days will forever haut him. In those to days he lost his lover, his best friend, his girl, Letty and his little brother, the mad scientist, Jesse.
What he would give it he could go back in time and change it. If he would have listened to Mia, Letty, and Leon when they were telling him it didn't feel right they shouldn't do it without Jesse. He could have avoided this.
