Randall sighed in contentment as he laid himself onto the bed, exhausted from the evening's...activities. He turned to his left, and a smile stretched across his face as he saw the silhouette of his partner, just as spent as he was. Even in the dark of night, he could still see how beautiful she was.

It was hard to believe. Just a few days ago, he was in Hell, and now he was going to sleep in Heaven. It was a miracle he had been able to find a door back to Monstropolis, but even as he used his invisibility to remain inconspicuous, he hadn't counted on...her.

She was so beautiful! He had to make himself known, make her see him...

She did.

The last few days was a whirlwind of romance that Randall thought he'd never experience. Certainly nerdy little Randy Boggs couldn't hope to attain such a goddess. And yet here they were, sharing her bed. He had seen Wazowski carry on with her before, but she had chosen Randall in the end. Despite the failure of Waternoose's plan and his own unofficial exile, he felt like he had finally won.

His goddess shifted, reaching over to her nightstand for a cigarette. As she lit it, the lighter gave him a brief image of her face. Her shimmering green skin, her horn=rimmed glasses, that tuft of beautiful hair...

She took a puff from the cigarette, and croaked, "Was it good for you too, baby?"

Randall smiled, letting sleep begin to claim him, satisfied with this last glimpse at his beautiful lover. "It was, Ros," he murmured. "It was."
