It was 3am on Saturday Phil was laying in his bed, lion by his side. He was thinking about life and one of his biggest secretes: He is gay and is in love with Dan. Phil had been waiting for about a year to tell Dan but he could never work up the courage or find the right moment. About 3:30 Phil decided to go into the kitchen of His and Dan's apartment and get some Wheaties to eat.
After Phil got done eating and was walking back to his bed he ran into Dan, he blushed and said "Um, hi good morning Dan." Dan replied with a yawn "Good morning Phil. Why are up so early?"
"Oh um I couldn't sleep why are you awake?'
"Couldn't sleep either."
"Oh"
Phil was thinking that maybe just maybe this would be the right moment to tell Dan when Dan said "Well I'm going to go back to bed after I get something to eat, what are you doing?"
"Oh I just got something to eat myself and was going back to bed"
"Alright see you in the morning then?"
"Yeah, good night Dan."
"Good night Phil."
When Phil got into his room he flopped on his bed and let out a sigh, turned to lion and said, "I guess it wasn't the right moment lion…" Later in the day, about Noon, when Phil decided to wake up, he noticed Dan was already up and in his Internet browsing position. Phil was thinking maybe now it's the time to tell him, Dan looks so comfortable and relaxed. Phil cleared his throat and said "Hi Dan, how long have you been awake?"
"Oh only about 30 minutes"
"Oh, um Dan I can trust you right?"
"Of course you can Phil what's on your mind?"
"Dan I have something to tell you I haven't told anyone before… I'm gay."
