Tristan McLean is all shadows behind bright smiles and kisses behind closed doors that make the headlines anyway, and she goes for any type of man. It almost breaks her heart when she walks away - she's a bit used to it now, unfortunately, and that's why she isn't in pieces.

It's not until she looks into the kaleidoscope eyes of the results that she's frightened. She hides it behind a scribbled xoxo on a note and a vase of roses; she's the goddess of love and she doesn't get scared.

Her heart has maybe the smallest of cracks when the door opens and she vanishes in a bright supernova of a glow. She decides not to think about anything except that those eyes are just like her father's, but far more dangerous.
