AN:I don't own any of these awesome characters or the story they come from.
I stared at my best friend, Alice, busily copying the Spooks books. Her long dark hair hanging in a curtain in front of her face, long thin fingers drumming the table, pointy shoes tapping as she worked. She looked up at me and smiled, then the Spook swooped in and she went back to scribbling. The spoof didn't like her much. Didn't trust her. "I'm going to deal with a witch in pendle" he glared pointedly at Alice. "I'll be gone for at most three weeks. No funny business" another pointed glare at Alice. He swooped back out with his staff and suitcase and she sighed. "hey" I said trying to brighten her spirits, "you don't have to copy books for at most 3 weeks" I mocked the spook, praying to everyone I knew he wouldn't find out. It worked though, she grinned. "well Tom what should we do first, don't want to copy much more, I don't". I tipped my head in thought. "Ice cream?" I asked. "what?" she said with a confused expression on her face, "what! You've never had ice cream?" I could feel my jaw drop. She laughed and shook her head. I grinned mischievously and grabbed her wrist practically dragging her out the door. We got to the shop and I ordered us some ice cream AN: I don't care if they had no idea what ice cream was. I had to put it in! I handed her a small ceramic bowl and she dropped the spoon as soon as it touched her mouth, "it's cold!" she cried out. I laughed and took her arm to a log outside back in the woods, we sat and just looked around at the nature, when we finally took enough time to put our bowls down and breath I noticed she was shivering from all the ice cream. I looked at her and almost as if I was chained like a witch who hit the ground to fast I noticed her soft brown eyes, her dark hair, her pale skin and thin fingers, she turned and looked at me, almost simultaneously we leaned toward each other and I wrapped my arm around her as we kissed, we stayed like that for a while, and when it finally got into my head the reality of what I was doing, the spook would kill me, a voice from behind us spoke up and we darted away from each other, "well, well, well what do we have here? MY niece falling for a future spook? That won't do dear. Not since you can have so much better back home"
