"Sooooo…." Molly asked, perched on the edge of the cousin's bed, leaning forward, "How was lunch with Teddy?" she cooed softly, before she giggled slightly. Victoire just smiled and sat down on the bed next to Molly.

"Oh, you know, the usual. Fine," Victoire said, as she reached for a pillow to clutch to her chest - she barely registered what she was doing.

"Are you sure it was just… fine?" Molly asked, her smile even wider now, as she looked at her cousin's silly grin.

"Oh, you know,"

"No, Vic, I don't. So please," Molly paused and giggled again, "enlighten me."

Victoire did not answer her cousins, but instead stared at a picture on her wall - it was of a dragon. Her Uncle Charlie had sent it.

"Vic!" Molly said, after a moment, "if you don't tell me how it was, I'm just going to have to make something up."

Again, Victoire did not answer, though she did glance quickly over at her cousin.

"Ok. So you went to lunch," Molly leaned back on the bed, to stare at the ceiling. Her legs were still dangled over the side of the bed, "and you ate. It was a wonderful meal and…" Molly paused thinking, "and after a shared dessert of chocolate cake you confessed your love for him and had a major snog fest!" Molly said the last part ultra quickly, and giggled again, as Victoire half-pounced on her.

"Molllll-llyyyy!" Victoire groaned, also giggling a bit as she play fought her with cousin. They'd always been close. The seventeen year olds were only three months apart, were similar in personality and from a young age had been nearly inseparable. After the tackling, the pair lay on Victoire's bed, still giggling. It took several minutes before Molly spoke again.

"So did you kiss him?" Molly asked eagerly, barely able to contain her joy at the thought.

"Molly! He's our cousin!"

"Victoire!" Molly mocked her cousin, "He's not really our cousin. So did you snog him or not?!" demanded Molly.

"No. But I certainly thought about it…" Victoire said, causing Molly to let out a small scream of joy.

"Vicky…" Molly sighed.

There was another long pause as both thought for a moment about their next move in the conversation. Victoire was the first to speak, but before doing so, she sat up straight and bit her lip for a moment, debating about what she was going to say. Molly caught on to the sudden change in mood and gained her first serious look since she'd begun her conversation with Victoire.

"Sometimes," Victoire started, not truly believing she was telling this to her cousin (even if she was practically her twin), "sometimes, I think I love him."

Molly absorbed the information.

"You love Teddy?" a wide smiled broke out on her face.

"Sometimes, Molly. Sometimes I think I do. I don't know if I really do, but…" Victoire smiled, and hugged her cousin tightly, "Molly I swear to Merlin that if you tell anyone what I just told you…" she threatened her cousin before the pair began giggling again.

Five weeks later, September First. Hogwarts Express.

"Molly!" Victoire shouted after her cousin, who had just entered a cabin on the Hogwarts express. It was the first time they'd ever been separated at the start of the train ride.

"Vic!" Molly exclaimed, as her cousin entered the empty cabin, "I was so worried when we got separated! I knew you'd find me, but then I wondered if maybe you'd want me to find you and-"

"Molly I kissed Teddy." Victoire interrupted her.

Even people two cars down heard the whoops and shouts of joy coming from Molly Weasley.
