She married him just to save her business. He married her because his grandfather wanted him to. What if she falls for the cold-blooded him? SS

Hello folks! This is my third, actually fourth fanfic… it had been a couple of mnths since I worked on any… Oh yeah, faithful readers of 'Undying Love' I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH! THANKS FOR THOSE POSITIVE REVIEWS, im so sorry… I don't think I'd be continuing it… REALLY SORRY! I hope you'll suppost this fanfic now… )

This story is set in ancient China… Please forgive me if their speech is too 'modern'.

Please, Love me

"Grandfather… Do I really have to marry this girl?" Li Syaoran's clutch around the painting of that particular girl, tightened.

"Yes. You must. Syaoran, listen to me. It was your grandmother's wishes… This is the daughter of her dearest friend… You must obey her wishes."

"What? Yes I know, this girl…"

"Woman, Syaoran."

"Yes yes. Woman. She's indeed very beautiful… But you must understand. I want to marry for love… I don't want to marry through an arranged marriage!"

"I'm sure you'll love her."

"Why are you so sure? Why must you force me? Argh! Never mind!" Li Syaoran whipped around and walked away. Before he can even step outside his grandfather's study, his grandfather shouted after him, "I give you one year to bring her back! All the necessary arrangements are made. You are to set off immediately."

To this, Syaoran growled. Too bad, he was raised to be filial to his elders. There was no way he would disobey them…

This was what happened three days ago.

-(-Now-)-

"Are you tired master?" faithful Xiaohu Ha! So uncreative… asked.

"No I'm alright." Syaoran replied, though his body was screaming with fatigue.

They had been traveling nonstop for three days since he left his grandfather's manor. The only breaks he took during this three days were at the rare villages that they had passed. The horses were probably tired too… He wouldn't be surprised if his fell…

Xiaohu stared quietly at his master which he had been trained to serve ever since his birth. No doubt, his master was a handsome man. With messy chestnut-coloured hair I almost wanted to say chocolate-coloured hair… but how would someone in ancient China know what chocolate looked like! And I know men in the past kept long hair but… I know Syaoran will look weird with long hair so I decided on him still having short hair…, strking amber eyes that seemed to pierce through you, maybe melt you if he wants to, and that mouth… He also had a finely tuned body form the vigourous training that all the Li descendants were suppose to finish, especially the males. Readers, do not misunderstand… Xiaohu is NOT gay, or homo, or whatever. Even if he does sound like… Hehe… Add on the enormous wealth that can almost match the emperor, he was every girl's dream husband.

He sighed. He had seen the painting of that woman his master was suppose to bring back… Master seemed perfect with… Too bad… An accident long ago turned him into the heartless man he is today.

"Look, Xiaohu. We are already on the fringes on Xi Lang… The province noted for its cloth and weavers… Which is what the woman we are looking for is… I heard she's the most talented weaver in the country… Even the Emperor and his many wives and concubines admire her works…" Syaoran interrupted his thoughts.

"Yes, master. She is also one of the most beautiful women in the country."

Syaoran snorted. "Maybe the painter exaggerated her looks. I will never believe that any woman will be as beautiful as that."

Xiaohu shook his head. What will he do with his master?

So… The anticipated question… Do you like it? I hope you do… And if you really do… please leave a review… thankews! I promise the story will get more interesting… Next chapter: Ying Hua's (Sakura) appearance!
