T'was The Night Before Christmas
T'was the night before Christmas down at 1PP
Major Case Squad were partying with glee.
On floor number eleven the affair was rocking;
Even Deakins slipped mugs in everyone's stocking.
The prisoners were tucked in their cells oh so quiet;
Interrogation by Goren had really given them a fright.
Back in the squad room, Logan noted with a smile,
That even Benson and Stabler stopped by for a while.
Alex Eames made an entrance from the door by that chair,
She had on a blue dress that was slit up to there!
Everyone watched to see Bobby's reaction,
And they were not cheated of their satisfaction.
He stumbled and bumbled, nearly choked on his beer,
"Bobby, dear", says Alex, "My eyes are up here!"
Barek pulled Logan for a refill of punch,
And there by the snacks stood Detective Munch.
By his side, partner Fin was all dressed in red,
Why he even had a Santa hat on his head!
"I don't celebrate Christmas", said Munch, "Don't think I'm a prude.
I just never pass up a chance for good food."
The night continued; it was quite a scene,
When someone noticed Mike's hand held something green.
"I need someplace high" thought Mike as he scouted the room;
To be caught with the goods would surely bring doom.
With the help of his partner he found the perfect wall,
They attached the mistletoe way up there in the hall.
Searching the room to complete the scheme,
Where in the world were Goren and Eames?
Seems Barek and Logan were fooled after all;
Bobby and Alex had found that mistletoe on the wall.
Then Deakins announced in a voice much like thunder,
"You two have made such a blunder!"
The guilty star detectives turned, both smiling ear to ear,
"Merry Christmas to all", they said, "And Happy New Year"
