I ran. My numb feet pounding on the soft snow. Why me! Me of all people! It was probably something to do with my stupid powers...
I looked behind me to see 5 slavering wolf like beasts chasing after me, their gigantic paws crashing through the white crystals with ease. I yelped as i tripped over something and landed hard on the wintry ice. I felt coarse fangs tear at my clothes and claws rip at my flesh. I lay on the cold hard ice as my life leaked away along with my blood...
