In a world once good is now plagued by
evil,
The sky oh, so dark, and no creature is free to ever roam.
My life, my home, destroyed in the clutches of the now high king
We all shrink; he comes forth to make our insignificant values no more,
Then fire consumes the earth
And only one soul dares to part the flames and the dark clouds,
He stands tall, with the face of a legend.
Our fearful eyes look up as we see the dark king reach for his blade, but the
Hero has vanished.
Only days later he returns, and he has saved the land, except for us.
For we were hiding in the alleys all that time, for our homes were more
important to us than anything.
We peered out from the cracks in the boards to see the undead monsters try to
take our Hero, but he was too fast.
Up to the once beautiful castle he ran, ready for the final battle.
We watched at the spires of the source of darkness, until it crumbled.
"He did it! Our land and Princess are saved!" Rapture and joy filled
the air until a burst of dark light came from the castle ruins.
A giant silhouette stood tall.
All we can do now, is wait
