Giving way to fire
By Analiria
----
An ordinary day in the cold snow,
A girl turning woman was out in a meadow
Crying tears for what had happened and what will happen…
Tell me,
Why is there such a thing as tragedy in a world so gaiety?
---
This eventful day inside a mansion,
A boy lay bleeding in the centre of a dungeon.
Resisting from crying out, harmed because of helping…
Tell me,
Why is there such a thing as pain in a world so buoyant?
---
Every one around…
Why are they still going about- happy and merry?
Don't they realize the loneliness in this world?
Or perhaps they're already used to it?
---
So then, when these two persons met in the great hall,
Spiteful words were once again exchanged,
Both thinking that the other is blessed,
Both not able to perceive the sadness in the other's eyes.
---
Days have passed,
And no words had been exchanged.
---
During one sunny spring day,
The boy walked towards an unknown corridor…
There he saw a girl looking over.
There he saw eyes like his.
---
Since that day,
Everything began to change.
New friendships were formed,
New alliances had been made.
---
But then…
Can love really blossom between the two sworn enemies?
Can one be in-love with two persons at once?
Can one really let go of his beliefs?
"Yes and no." A wise person once said.
---
Months have passed,
Plans were made,
Spies became busy.
---
'Let tomorrow be the day that the dark lord rises!'
The boy's father announced, battle cries bawled.
This was when the boy remembered his destiny,
That he would have to leave the one whom he love…
Yes, love.
---
The great battle broke out, god and evil clashing together.
Blood was spilled, incantations were roared.
---
When the boy and the girl faced each other,
A smile had been given,
A tear had fallen…
---
Just like fire and ice,
One has to fall for the other to rise.
---
Who ever knew that ice would give way to fire?
A.N: Oh, and fire represents Ginny, while Ice represents Draco.
