STORY START:
Jaden stood there staring back and forward between his phone and the busy city street for who knows how long but it felt like eternity. He was supposed to be meeting with some of his old college buddies today in the middle of the towns' market place to catch up on old times. However it didn't seem like anyone was coming by the look of it. 'The least they could have done was call or message me', he thought. Sighing he shoved his hands in his pockets turning around to go home when a tune caught his attention. It wasn't just a tune, no, it was a melody sent familiar shivers down his spine. His eyes scanned through the crowd of people to desperately search for source of the familiar melody, a phone. But it wasn't the phone that kept his attention for long, but instead it was the person holding the phone. They had light blue hair that flowed gracefully in the slight summers' breeze yet he couldn't see their eyes sadly. The person from what he could see wore a white tank top and a short sleeved jacket with a pair of light blue shorts. Jaden was snapped out of his stupor when he heard the bluenette say "Hello". Jaden felt his fast beating heart skip a beat. He just knew that he has heard that voice before. There is no mistaking it. Acting on impulse desire and curiosity he took those few steps that separated him and the bluenette to grasp their shoulders. The bluenette jumped from fright of the stranger hand that came out of nowhere. The bluenette turned around for their slightly scared silver eyes to meet Jadens' curious brown eyes. The bluenette let out gasp as their phone slipped through their hands hitting the ground. Jaden and the familiar bluenette stood their stunned at the other. It felt like time stopped only for them at the moment. They could only hear their loud pounding heart beats that drowned out the person on the other end of the phone. Jaden was the first to check back into reality quickly pulling the bluenette into an embrace. "Syrus" he whispered tightening his hold on the other. With out hesitation Syrus wrapped his arms around Jaden returning the embrace. "Jaden" Syrus whispered back.
