Quinn POV

The office was quiet except for the clacking of heels that alerted the busy workers that Santana Lopez had finally made a decision to come in. The girl didn't come in on time often, and this was a surprise to everyone, including her best friend one Quinn Fabray. Santana sent a wink Quinn's way, and the girl sent one right back. "Sue on your trail." The blonde said, making sure to warn the Latina about their crazy boss actually being here today. Santana smoothed the skirt of her red dress and shrugged. The short blonde to a minute to look over Santana's outfit, the red dress that was not showing off too much, just enough. The beautiful strapped black heels that screamed fuck me. The accessories that everyone except Quinn would kill for. There was no specific dress code in the office, for clients didn't usually come in, but girls often dressed better to get the attention of some of the better looking people in the office. "Is Brittany coming to pick up the paperwork for the zoo today?" At the question, Santana blushed which made Quinn laugh. It was well known around the office about the relationship between Miss. Lopez and Miss. Pierce, everyone adored the pair. "Sanny!" The blonde heard a squeal around and smiled. "Speak of an angel." Santana muttered to her, and ran over to hug the blonde and kiss her. "Britt Britt!" The Latina said, already walking the blonde to her cubicle and forgetting about Quinn totally.

She was lonely. Quinn fucking Fabray was lonely. Former HBIC in High School, captain of her cheerleading squad, beautiful woman, she was lonely. Sue had left early, and it was only noon. What was she to do until she was allowed to clock out at five? She looked around. People were busying themselves with nothing of importance. Rachel Berry shamelessly shaking her hips in front of Sam Evans, which to be honest, the boy was drooling. "Hey Evans! Wipe your bottom lip." She heard the voice of Noah Puckerman and she laughed. "You guys are worse than Asian Fusion over there." At the words Asian Fusion, Tina Cohen-Chang looked up from her cubicle. "What?" She said, looking suspiciously at Puckerman while Mike got up and slapped him. "Can it, Puck." Of course the two weren't really together, but it was a matter of time. "Hey Artie!" Quinn smiled and bit her lip, watching the man roll with some book in his arms. "Oh hey, Q!" He said, rolling over to her for a moment to smile. "Gum?" He asked, offering her a piece of spearmint. "Sure." She said happily, taking a piece of putting it in her mouth. "Thanks." It was known by only Santana that Quinn had taken a fancy to the beautiful boy in the chair. "See ya." He said, rolling away and chomping on his own piece of gum. Quinn played with her jacket and watched Artie wheel away, smiling to herself.
