Welcome to Toontopia, an enchanted yet animated world and bustling kingdom filled with magic and wonder, as well as many beloved characters. Although there not be such a place, it was home to them.
As the morning sun rose over the beautiful landscape, all the Disney characters of shapes and sizes from theatrical original films, sequels, TV shows, video games, and short films in Toontopia headed for a single destination.
Heroes, princesses, and even talking animals and some anthropomorphic animals trek through the morning mist. Some took flight overhead with magic carpets, planes, and flying animals. And some leaped across the grassy plains.
As they all made their way, some flew above them before landing, and some aquatic creatures magically dove out of the water and began to swim in the air.
Soon, the sun continued to rise, until a giant castle basked in the warmth of the early light. This was Disney Castle, home to Mickey and his friends and the crown jewel of Toontopia, where is at the center square, along with the statue of Walt Disney and Mickey.
This morning, all of the characters gathered in a very, large crowd at the castle's courtyard to honor and celebrate the birth of Mickey and Minnie's newborn son, Marval...
WAIT A MINUTE, wait a minute! That's NOT how our story begins! Let's rewind waaaay back...
The hot sun rose over Toontopia as it did every morning, but today was no ordinary day.
The Disney characters of all shapes and sizes from theatrical originals, sequels, TV shows, video games, and short films were all gathered together at Disney Castle.
All the heroes, heroines, princes, princesses, sidekicks, magicians, kings, queens, many of their friends, and even some talking and anthropomorphic animals had got to their seats.
"Did we miss the beginning of the show? Because you KNOW I can't miss the beginning of the show!" Mushu, along with Cri-kee, told his friend, Fa Mulan.
"Mushu-" Mulan began.
"Some people think it's all right, you know, they show up 10, 15 minutes late all the time," Mushu continued. "Not me, uh-uh, I got to see it all! Even the previews! Especially the previews!"
"Mushu! It hasn't even started yet," Mulan laughed as she reassured her little guardian dragon friend. "Just sit down."
"Well, okay, then," Mushu sighed as Cri-Kee laughed and they both sat on Mulan's shoulders.
Just then, Cinderella's fairy godmother stood before them with red curtains behind her.
"Once upon a time," she began, "In a faraway land, this was our beloved kingdom. For many years, it stood as a shining beacon for heroes, princesses, and many others who all flocked here with dreams."
Just then, the entertaining, mythical Muses came in to help out the narration.
"But then...," Calliope added, "came the dark times. The entire world and kingdom nearly fell into chaos as villains ran amok. So, all the heroes and villains struggled against one another at every turn, and tales of our adventures have been retold for all ages."
"But we all stood together and beat up the bad guys," Terpsichore exclaimed. "Then, we locked those suckers in a remote jail island far away at sea."
"And that's the gospel truth," Thalia chimed in.
"After that," Calliope went on, "Everything was back to normal - for a while..."
"Are we coming to the part about...you-know-who?" Terpsichore asked.
Calliope nodded, "You know it."
The Fairy Godmother continued on what the Muses just said, "For a while, The Happiest Place on Earth became something more. It became...The Epic Place on Earth. All thanks to the efforts of one boy, who is an autistic man with creativity from the real world. An understood one...with his funny yet epic ways."
"This is his story, the epic story of Joshua Sumter himself!" Calliope finished.
As the Muses sang, the Fairy Godmother waved her magic wand to conjure up a scene with curtains opening up as she described the day when it all began...
