Camera fades in to show a side view of Heero standing on a small hill. The wind blows his hair back from his face. Camera swings around to show Heero's face and moves in closer to focus on his blue eyes.

People turn and stare openly as Heero walks down a street. Camera spins rapidly and the scene blurs into a new one. Heero stands in an OZ uniform. He salutes as a high-ranking officer walks by.
But my dreams
They aren't as empty As my conscience seems to be
Camera shows side view of Heero as he stalls, pointing a gun down at Queen Relena. He suddenly turns and leaves the balcony.
I have hours, only lonely
My love is vengeance That's never free
Heero packs his suitcase for his transfer to a new school. Relena walks in and calls his name. Heero turns around quickly and aims a gun at her.
No one knows what it's like
To feel these feelings Like I do, And I blame you
Camera is behind Heero as he accepts a mission. He turns off his laptop and turns to the vid phone. He scowls as Dr. J. appears on the screen.
No one bites back as hard
On their anger None of my pain and woe Can show through
Duo attempts to joke with Heero as they stand in a hangar. Heero clenches his jaw and walks away. Scene changes to Heero remembering the little girl he accidentally killed. Heero shakes himself and continues down the road.

Heero plays with the two dogs on the beach. He calls Quatre over to take his place.

Heero works on Wing. He is alone in the hanger. Someone calls his name and he whirls around, hand on his gun.
When my fist clenches, crack it open
Before I use it and lose my cool When I smile, tell me some bad news Before I laugh and act like a fool
Heero aims a punch at Trowa, who catches it in time and opens the clenched fingers. Camera spins rapidly and blurs into a new scene. Heero looks at Wing, a small smile on his face. Wufei walks in and begins to tell him about the new mobile dolls. The smile quickly vanishes.
If I swallow anything evil
Put your finger down my throat If I shiver, please give me a blanket Keep me warm, let me wear your coat.
Heero sits on the floor in a bathroom and raises a bottle of poison to his lips. Camera shifts slightly and we see that it is insecticide. Duo rushes in just in time and knocks the bottle away from Heero. A new scene fades in. the door of a log cabin bursts open and Heero staggers in, shivering. Snow blows in behind him. Wufei rushes over and puts a blanket around Heero's shoulders. Quatre brings a steaming mug over and steers Heero to the fire.
