"Sam," Freddie said, "You know I love you but you were completely out of line for messing up my application. I'm not going to let this go without punishment so I'm taking Porkers for a month."
"You can't," Sam screamed, "Melody gave that to me before she died"
Freddie sighed.
"Okay but I'm gonna do the same thing you did to me when I made the fat cake comment," Freddie said
"WAIT," Carly interjected, "Freddy you can't punish Sam for messing up the application"
"Why not," Freddy asked, "She deserves it!"
"No. She doesn't. Sam wasn't the one that messed with your application. It was me."
That wasn't true. Carly was only saying that to cover for Sam.
"If anyone should be punished it should be me... not Sam."Carly added.
'Thanks Carls,' Sam mouthed to her.
"You're right," Freddy said, "You should be and you will be. Carly why would you do that?"
"I dunno," Carly said, "I thought it was kind of funny."
"It kept me out of N.E.R.D. camp," Freddie said
Carly laughed.
"Nerd camp," she said laughingly
"I know right," Sam said
"It isn't funny," Freddie said, "Okay here's the deal. You have a choice. One, our friendship is over. Two, a month without being on Icarly or three you have to go on a date with Gibby"
"The date with Gibby," Carly said
"Gibby," Freddie said, "I have some really good news for you. You're getting to go on a date with Carly"
"," Gibby said, "I'm really going to get to go out on a date with Carly"
"Yes Gibby," Carly said

"You two will be going out tomorrow night on a double date with me and Sam," Freddy said
"Double date? Why a double date?"
"To make sure you don't cheat," Freddie said, "It will start with dinner. Then go into a movie and end with a little smootchie kissy kiss"
Ew, Carly thought to herself
'Sorry kid,' Sam mouthed to her
It's okay, she thought to herself, it's just a date with Gibby after all.

She didn't even pay attention after that. It was a small price to pay for Sam's happiness.
