PROLOGUE-
December 3rd, 2012; Queens, New York.
Blood was everywhere, and one human and one symbiote-monster in the room. Venom had finally tracked down one of the Avengers: Dustin Shin, also known as Watchman. Dustin was dying, and, it was... painful... Venom dug his claws further into the boy, the blood flowing even faster, and faster onto the floor... creating puddles of crimson... Venom let out a laugh, trying to kill off the Human. Dustin was still awake and alive to watch everything...
"...St... Stop..." That was all Dustin could manage to choke out, and it would probably be the last words he would say to anyone. He could only live once, like everyone else. If he died right now, it would be the end... No more S.H.I.E.L.D, no more seeing everyone of his friends, and no more... everything.
Glancing over at the old newspapers on the table, Dustin then remembered something...
"..J-Jr... Eddie... B-Brock... Jr..." He coughed. Venom growled, and threw Dustin into a corner. He wasn't going to last for long...
Venom's face turned into Eddie's Human face. His teeth were sharper, and his eyes were... different...
"Sorry, but I don't exist anymore..." He laughed. "You're Watchman, right?" Eddie grabbed the young man by the throat, causing him to scream out and gag on blood.
"I've heard about you...You've developed a popular fan-base. I'm going to make a deal with you... Decline, and Venom will return you to S.H.I.E.L.D, in pieces..."
Dustin nodded his head weakly.
"Here's the deal..." Eddie smiled wickedly. "I want you to give me information on everyone with special powers... Wolverine, The Hulk, and... Peter Parker. Now, after I get every little piece of info, I want it to go straight to the Daily Bugle...no...the New York Times..! S.H.I.E.L.D will be exposed!"
Eddie was turning back into Venom.
"Understand, Watchman?!"
The Human choked out, "Yes", and he was let go. Venom couldn't help but to laugh at the bloody mess. He picked up Dustin, and Venom smashed the window open; climbing outside.
Don't hurt the guy, he's useful, remember? Eddie's inner voice told Venom. He added, Take him to the Hospital, and don't make a scene! Last thing you- I mean, WE want is Parker trying to kill us off again... remember?
Venom shook his head, and then jumped over to the other building. Dustin kept his eyes open, the world around him fading in and out...
He closed his eyes, still breathing, but barely... Watchman would be no more, in just minutes... maybe, seconds...
