Ok, here it is, in full, So you don't have to do a whole lot of copying
and pasting if you want to keep it, which I doubt. ^_^

This was meant to be written before the first season ended, but....
I got lazy, oh well, here it is now!
APATHY
PART ONE,
A Phantom Apparition
--------------------------------------------------------
The 8 DigiDestined and their DigiMon walked onward, on what seemed like
an endless road,
in the middle of no where, underneath the scorching sun. They were hot
and were starting to get on each others nerves.
After what seemed like an eternity or silence, someone finally spoke.
"Let's find somewhere to camp for tonight. I think we've had enough of
walking", Tai suggested.
The group agreed wearily. They looked around for a place to stop. To the
right of them, was a forest. And of course, in a forest, there are
trees,
and of course, where ever trees are, there's shade.
The group dashed off towards the right.
As they sat down underneath the shade, a few droplets of water fell from
the sky,
then a few more, until it became a steady rain.
"So NOW it rains...." Joe said in exasperated voice.
Matt, whom was sitting closest to the entrance of the forest,
outstretched his hands until a collection of droplets formed. He
graciously drank from his palms.
"Hey, Don't hog all the rain, Matt!", Sora said with a grin, as she and
the rest of the group moved up a little towards the entrance and helped
themselves to some rain water as well.

Later that night, while the group lay underneath the canopy of trees,
all of them just about to completely doze off, the DigiMon jumped out of
their calm state.
"Something's wrong", inquired TentoMon.
All the DigiMon knew it was true, but was the disturbance in the forest?
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhh......" Everyone heard a scream break out
of the silence, and drag off back into the dark of the night.
Kari and T.K. clung tightly to their siblings, while they reassuringly
held them tightly back.
"What WAS that?!" Everyone inquired tensely.
"Maybe we should....check it out..." Matt said reluctantly. He was
trying, once again, to be brave for T.K.
"Are you INSANE?!!" Joe said, well..... cowardly.
"SHHHH" Everyone tried to quiet him down.
They all ventured towards the sound, deeper and deeper into the tangled
abyss of the forest...

They examined the victim who cried out in such a manner.
Izzy checked on the program Geni had given him.
The computer identified the DigiMon as SkullMeruMon, everyone hovered
over the screen on Izzy's laptop.
They then, directed their eyes back to the DigiMon. He clutched his
stomach in agony.
"Oh my God! Look how badly he's bleeding!" Sora cried out quietly. Mimi
turned away from the sight, disgusted.
"Why......Why did I have to fail......It's too...late now..."
SkullMeraMon barely managed to whisper.
"I have...failed......to protect the DigiWorld.....But I did....my
best...." He quietly said to himself, as he disintegrated, and was
deleted.
The group quickly turned to the other direction, where the killer stood.
The figure snickered. She was holding a large bloody sword. "You should
not have gone against lord PiedMon's word. Your fate was inevitable
after you made your choice."
Tai leaned over more to get a better look at the figure. He placed his
knees down farther, snapping a twig.
The figure turned, alert, and vexed. "Who's there?! Show yourself! If I
find you, you'll be next!"
