Pokemon: Beginnings
A/N: This story takes place the day before the very first episode of the Anime.
Today, Professor Samuel oak is traveling though the Viridian Forest. The professor just picked up, a Charmander, Squirttle, and Bulbasaur from his breeder who supplies him with beginner Pokemon. The breeder only had the three pokemon and no more. Tomorrow 4 trainers are expected to get there beginning pokemon. As professor is walking he sees a little Pikachu walking as happy as can be. It just dawned on the good Professor, that this is a very special Pikachu, after all he did meet Delia's boy 40 years ago, and had a grand adventure with him.
"Dragonite, Go." said Professor Oak.
Pikachu looked at the huge Dragon type pokemon and instantly got scared.
"Don't be scared Pikachu." said Professor Oak. "Tomorrow you will meet what will become your best friend."
Pikachu did not understand the man and let loose a thundershock at Dragonite, witch did not phase it.
"Very well we are going to have to do this the hard way." said Professor Oak. "Use tackle Dragonite."
The dragon pokemon attacked Pikachu and knocked it into a tree, and professor oak trew a pokeball at it, and inside it went, the pokeball shook once, twice, and then Pikachu escaped from the pokeball.
"Your a tough little Pikachu." said Oak "Dragonite, use Outrage."
"The Dragonite used one of it's special attacks and it made Pikachu faint. Professor Oak reached into his pocket and found a special pokeball a friend gave him that had a lighting bolt on it, and he trew it. The ball shook once, twice and finally stopped after the third time signifying that Pikachu was caught. Professor Oak picked up the pokeball and went on his way home.
