"You got this Brix?" Asked a Young woman as she piloted her Helicopter Medic. "Yeah, imma nuke them from up there." Said the younger male known as Brix before he started to scale the wall, with his T7 Eight Legged SMG Walker ready. "Alright" "SMG Walker Spotted" "Rail Flyer Spotted" stated the computer inside Brix's Robot just as they showed up on his radar. "Time to rock!" called out Brix as he started moving towards the two red dots. The radar said that they was pretty close , but it didn't look like they were planning on sticking together. Brix grinned as he realized this, then started to open fire on the SMG Walker that he had spotted.
Even though he knew to aim for the guns first, this player had come prepared and looked like he had ten SMG's loaded on. Both players fired at each other, jumping and moving around the area to try and dodge each other's projectiles and get the edge. Brixujel Hid behind a tall rock, then waited for his enemy player to make the first move. He saw his enemy start moving to his right, so he then scaled the rock and did a 180 degree turn once he was high enough. Once he saw the guy, Brix opened fire on him destroying his top cover that held the player. Then fired at the pilot, destroying the robot entirely.
"Yeya!" called out Brix, as he did a fist pump in the air hitting the roof of his robot. Just when he Celebrated, the quick alarm went off,just as the enemy fired at him. The hit knocked off two of his legs on his right side. "Ack!" said Brix as he tried to locate his attacker. Even though Brix managed to find his attacker and take aim, another SMG from below started to fire at him and knock off his guns.
"Oh lordy!" Cried out Brix as he made a run for the clift,back to where his team-mate was last. As his robot carried him to the clift, the rail gun fired at him again. This hit had managed to knock off not only his front legs but also the legs on his left side. "Ack ack ack ack ack, Mattie help!" yelled Brix as he leaped off the cliff with his back legs being the only form of movement he had left. "I got you Brix, I am coming" Responded Mattie as Brix took another hit while descending in mid-air, now leaving his pilot seat wide open.
"Alright buddy, where are you?" Asked Mattie just as Brix Dropped directly in front of her and the other two team-mates she was healing. "Quick,I need healing. I've been reduced to a frog!" Said Brix as he scrambled behind the edge of another clift, with three other team-mates. "Stop scrambling around and hold still, your only gonna make it harder for me to heal you." Commanded Mattie as a second healer started healing Brix, cutting the healing time in half. "I'm only scrambling around like this, cause theres a bunch of players closing in."Said Brix as he started firing with the SMG that he regained from being healed, while trying to scare off the weakened player that kept playing peek-a-boo which started to tick him off. "Grrrrr, you're next!" called out Brix to the enemy player.
"Almost done… Alright you're good to go!" Said Mattie as Brix jumped up and started firing at the SMG walker that was poking it head out while he was being healed. "Mwahahaha, how do ya like being fired at now punk!" called out Brix just as the player fired back while trying to back away. "Gema! gema! gema! gema! gema!"Brix had now successfully knocked off their guns and now was just blasting his blocks off chunk by chunk until the robot was gone. "Brix, I need a little help back here!" called out Mattie as Brix jumped back and fired at the enemy player destroying them in a barrage of blue projectiles.
From behind the same place they was just hiding, a medic came out and started healing Mattie while Mattie healed Brix."Now thats what im talking about, we finally got a medic that knows how to work as a team!" cheered Mattie "I know right, for once we weren't put on a team full of wanna be heros." responded Brix as he took a quick look around the area. "Woah, where is everyone?" as the four players advanced to capture the base. "Dead." Said Mattie with a blunt tone as Brix looked at the player chart. "Damn... " When Mattie got to the base the siren that the base was being captured went off.
"Come Brix, and join your team in victory!" called out Mattie in a joyful medieval style tone. "I'm coming, don't you think that last player will come and delay the base cap?" asked Brix as he looked around in case anyone started firing. "Nahhh, we got two medics and two SMG's. thats impossible." responded Mattie as the signal that the team had won went off. "It would be crazy if that did happen though." "But it didn't, so don't worry about it" said Mattie as everyone was transported back to the hub in Robocraft Central.
The Pair stretched, as they were now free from their robot and thinking about what to do next. They tapped the side of their helmets, making it dematerialize as they found a table to sit at. Mattie's blond hair fell down to her back now that her ponytail was now free from the restricted freedom. A very thin layer of sweat covered her light tan skin, while her green eyes adjusted to the bright light in the large room. Brix pushed his hand through his jet black afro before stretching again in his seat causing him to groan.
"so up for another match?" "No thanks, I need to replace the blocks around my seat with some stronger ones." replied Mattie as she teleported herself to her Robot garage. "Hmm, I guess I'll add whatever I can to my bot" Said Brix as he took out a touch screen device then tapped the screen a few times before he was teleported back to his garage. In Front of Brix stood his T7 Robot, he couldn't help but smile at his creation. Brixujel pivoted his feet out for a bird's eye view of his robot, trying to find something to improve upon. "hmmm, maybe if…." Brix started scrolling through his menu before aiming at the back of his bot.
Suddenly a T4 Electroplate floated in the air before six of then launched from in front of him and onto his robot. Brix smiled a little as he floated around his creation. it may not have been much of a improvement to his bot but in his mind it at least gave him a little more protection in his future matches. "There gotta be something else I can add until i can get to the next Tier." said Brix while he thought outloud. Randomly an idea came to his head. Even though it was pretty stupid, he was bored and curious enough to try it.
He floated back all the way to the wall of his garage, before he shot himself towards one of the weak points of his bot. Just when he got within 6ft, a Holographic screen appeared with Mattie's face on it. "BRIXUJEL!" Two loud thuds were heard as Brix slammed into his robot, then slammed onto the floor flat on his back "Aaaaugggh!" cried out Brixujel as he held his face in pain. "Woah man, are you alright?" Asked Mattie in a worried tone as the holographic screen floated towards Brix.
"Yeah, I should be. I've fallen from higher than 9ft in the air before" responded the young man as he sat back up "So what did cha want Mattie?" "Ok, well remember that one player from our last match?" "uh huh… what about him?" "Well turns out his reasoning for not trying to stop us when we was capturing his base, wasn't because he was too far away. It was due to his robot walking out out the game!"
