"Kairi, you there?" Namine's voice was soft and as low to a whisper as ever. Something had swiped and grabbed Kairi out of Namine's sight and now she was stranded alone in the deep, dark night. She was on Destiny Islands, as it was Kairi's home, meaning, that was her home too. Kairi was like Namine's sister. She held her hand through the deepest situations in which Namine could not ever recover from alone: Including Roxas' disappearance. Just the thought about Kairi going missing in one minute as Roxas had in 6 hours frightened Namine to death. "Please, not her too, not her too..." her thoughts trembled out of her lips as a tear filled with terror and sadness emerged from her eye. She didn't wipe it away, she didn't care about herself and how cold the dark was. She stood up with cuts and scratches all over her arms and legs, she didn't wince though. Her face was blank from what her dark past had turned her into. But inside, there was still someone named Namine. There she was, but not on the outside. Her thoughts were strong, her past had toughened her up and sometimes creeped her out until she cried in the corner of her white, paper covered room, drawn on with pictures of her hopes and dreams, and even fears. There were so many things emerging in and out of her mind, so much that her face started to become angry, angrier than ever, raging as though the devil had possessed her for one minute, with the blood draining from her scratches, and her blonde hair starting to protrude pure and dark purple strands, and her pupils; they dilated as though she had been in the darkness ever since she was born. Her pure white dress, half stained with dirt and rocks, started to blow with the wind, and the night seemed so welcoming to her for the first time, the cold breeze slashing across her face... She started to walk in a strange manner, slowly, as if she was aware a presence had been there on the islands. She was searching for her best friend, her only friend besides Roxas. Kairi.
