Note: I DO NOT OWN TWILIGHT!!!! This is just going to be a oneshot, I hope. Bella is still human in this story just for story purposes. I had had this idea in my head for a while, and it seemed good enough, so here goes.
VENOM: MAKE YOUR SKIN SPARKLE
Edward sighed as he pulled up to the house, grabbing his bookbag and darting inside. Everybody was out hunting except for Alice, Bella and Carslisle, who were doing some secret experiment in the lab upstairs.
"EDWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD! COME LOOK!" Bella cried from the top of the stairs. Edward rushed to her side and nearly passed out: she was covered in sparkles!
"Bella, where did you get that?!" Edward asked, eyes wide. Bella smiled.
"Alice had this new idea for a beauty product and insisted on me being her guinea pig!"
Edward sucked in a breath. "She WHAT?!"
"She made a new skin lotion that makes you sparkle in the sunlight!" Bella cheered.
"Ohhhh noooo . . ." Edward moaned, rushing into the lab.
"Hey Edward! Did you see Bella yet?" Alice asked from her seat at the counter, even though she had predicted that he would burst into the lab.
"Yes. I wanted to talk to you about that, actually . . ."
"Edward? Come onnnn, huuurrry uuuuuup . . ." Bella groaned from the stairs. Edward sighed.
"Well, I decided that some girls were lacking a nice sparkle, so I used my venom in some skin lotion to make them stand out! Carlisle was just testing the properties of the cream on Bella and he says it's ready for sales worldwide! Yaaaaaaaaay!" Alice said. Suddenly she jumped down from her perch and grabbed a small, round, sparkly cosmetics container from a cardboard box. It read "VENOM: MAKE YOUR SKIN SPARKLE" in red letters. Edward groaned.
"Since when do you make your own cosmetics line, Alice?" Edward asked.
"Since Bella started begging to be a vampire!" Alice retorted, chucking the lotion container into the box and pouting.
ONE WEEK LATER . . .
Bella arrived at school in a t-shirt and jeans, just like every other rarely sunny day lately. But every girl she passed was sparkling in the sunlight, giggling and acting very strange.
"Hey, Bella!" Angela called. She sparkled too.
"Hey, Angela. Why am I the only one not sparkling? Even Ms. Cope is sparkling!" She gestured to a tittering Ms. Cope, who was flirting with Mr. Banner.
"Because of this new glitter lotion called Venom, silly! Everybody's wearing it. You REALLY need to get out more." Angela scofffed, rolling her eyes.
I never thought that Alice would take it this far!!! Bella thought.
Just then Mr. Varner walked out into the sun, and everybody stared.
He was sparkling too.
