****A/N This is what happens when you're bored out of your mind in poli-sci class. When you finish this, check out my favorite fics, cause those are the good ones. And as always, with every story I write, I own NOTHING!****

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Sam, Merry and Pippin has been sitting on the grass peacefully, smoking their pipes when suddenly the calm silence of the field was pierced by maniacal screams of terror. They all looked to their right and saw Frodo running in their direction, apparently scared out of his wits.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Now, the screams were coming from their left. They looked in that direction and saw Legolas also fleeing some unseen horror. His fair screams seemed more chilling when compared to the homely cries of the hobbit, but both were intense.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Suddenly, more screams sounded from behing them, and the trio of hobbits whipped their heads around just in time to see Aragorn leap over them, running for his life.

The each of the scared individuals failed to notice that they were on a collision course with the other two until it was too late. They crashed into each other at full force, and collapsed to the ground in a tangle of limbs. Sam quickly ran to his friends to see if they were all right.

Pippin and Merry, however, were too petrified to budge. For they now saw what had scared their compatriots so. Surrounding them all was a massive ring of figures, all hidden in shadow. There seemed to be hundreds of them.

Sam knelt down to his friends and lifted Frodo's head to check for injuries. "Master Frodo, what happened? What got you, Strider and Legolas all frightened?"

Frodo whimpered. "Mary Sue's."

"Slash fics," Aragorn groaned.

"Fan girls," Legolas whispered. Then, they all fell into blissful unconsciousness.

From the black figures, creepy giggling began to crescendo to a roar of scary laughter. Sam ran back to Pippin and Merry, where they huddled together in fear.

****Well, that's it. If for some reason I get a lot of reviews, I might have to write a sequel...or two. Let me know if you like it.****
