He feels a tug at his tan vest and looks down. Rukia is looking at his sleeve, and, very slowly, she looks up to meet his gaze.
"Renji... thank you."
The sincerity in her voice touches the heart of his gigai and Renji feels it skip. What was this, all of the sudden? Whatever it was, why did she only bring it up when Ichigo went in search of a public restroom? He can see a faint but clear pink dusting her cheeks, and his mind reaches overdrive only for a moment before freezing. Rukia... she's... Rukia... blushing... "thank you"... b-blushing??
"A-ah... you're... you're welcome," he manages, scratching his cheek self-consciously. She smiled and let go of his vest, and before she could step back, his hand came down on her shoulder. "Wait... what are you thanking me for?" The Kuchiki are polite, sure, but... so suddenly... this couldn't be nothing... especially if she was... b-blu... blush... blushi--
"Oh!" Rukia grinned and placed a finger on his chest. Renji felt his gigai respond to the touch. He felt a burning at his ears. "I appreciate you wearing this shirt. Ichigo won't put on any of the Chappy-wear I bought him, no matter what I do. Thank you sooo much!"
How do you politely excuse yourself to ram your head into a wall? he asks himself, while proceeding to do just that.

8D I thought of this after watching an AMV. I'm not sure if it was a filler or not, but Renji's gigai was wearing a Chappy t-shirt. Thank you for putting up with this meaningless oneshot! If it's not too much trouble, I would totally appreciate your reviews!

P.S. The title, "Pink Supervisor" was taken from the anime Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei (or, So Long Mr. Despair). I love it too much to let it go to waste.
