Prologue
Zafrina's POV
"Hurry up Z! We haven't got all day!" My mate yells to me. Sigh. Kaichiri and Huilen have something to tell us... Again. My name is Zafrina. My mate is Senna and our friends are Kachiri and Huilen. And we are vampires and we live in the Amazon. We drunk the blood of criminals. Vampires aren't what you know. We don't burn to ash in the sun or sleep in coffins or live in dank dark castles. We sparkle in the sun and we don't ever sleep. Oh and we don't have some, like me, are gifted. We have normal teeth... Actually to humans we look like super beautiful humans but we can't have kids or cry and our eyes and teeth are coated in venom. We have super strength. Anyway I'm gifted. I can put anyone in a vision of my choosing. Everyone except Bella Cullen and whoever she shields . I've always wanted kids when I was a human and for that I'm envious of Bella. But she is amazing as is her hybrid daughter Renesme. At least that's what I thought months ago. That I could have kids I mean... But it all changed one day...
