Harry and Hermione walked down the hall to finish their Potions homework in the library. When they got there, they sat down on a desk right by the window.

"Ok, Harry. We're supposed to be writing a 4-foot long esay about Veritaserum." Hermione spoke as she pulled out a quill. "We already know what it's used for, so it should be easy."

"Yeah." Harry said as he popped in a candy. Hermione frowned.

"Harry, you know eating candies aren't allowed in the library." Hermione said sternly as she looked up.

"But I'm getting a bit sleepy." Harry whined as Hermione rolled her eyes.

"Harry, it's only 7 o'clock." Hermione said as she looked at the clock on the wall. "We have to finish our Potions homework, it's due tomorrow, remember? And don't eat any candies from now on in the library, ok?"

"Alright..." Harry sighed as he sucked on the candy. It tasted good.

They worked silently for a few minutes until Hermione looked up.

"Hey Harry, what flavor candy are you eating? The scent is rather strong." Hermione said as she leaned in and sniffed Harry lightly. He blushed lightly.

"Guess." Harry grinned playfully as Hermione grinned back.

"Strawberry." Hermione said.

"Nope."

"Cherry."

"Nuh-uh."

"Lemon."

"Nope."

"Grape."

"No."

"Coke?"

"No.. do they even existed in the wizarding world?" Harry asked, frowning.

"Nope, don't think so. I wish they do, though. I miss the sweet fizziness of Coke." Hermione sighed as she started to guess again.

"Um. Is it butterbeer?" Hermione guessed.

"Nope." Harry replied.

"Blood flavored." Hermione grinned wickedly as Harry jumped back in shock.

"Gross, no."

"Melon."

"No."

"Banana."

"No."

It was about then when they realized that they were getting closer by every word.

"Chocolate." Hermione breathed, then they kissed. The kiss was sweet, and somehow it tasted like chocolate-covered strawberries because of Hermione's chapstick.

When they pulled away, they looked at each other.

"It tasted like chocolate-covered strawberries." Hermione smiled, and kissed Harry again lightly.

"Must be because of your chapstick and my candy." Harry laughed, and put his arms around Hermione. She put her arms around Harry too.

"Yeah." She laughed too, and together they stood up and left the library. Screw homework. They were going to party.

candy at same time... and homework was so hard :P I just wanted to ditch it and hang out with my friends. Oh well, welcome to reality.
