A/N- This was inspired by a story challenge in Dreamwork's Tales magazine this month so it gave me ideas. Enjoyth and the truth is out there!
Ch 1
Leah and I were in the swamp wearing green leprechaun suits. Shrek was curious about the suits.
"Why're you wearing green for? It's St Ogreick's Day. We're having a party." He said to us. "Yeah but in our world the 17th of March is St Patrick's Day and you wear green." Leah explained to him.
"Aye. St Ogreick's is like that only you wear blue instead of green." Shrek replied as somebody came out wearing a blue mariachi outfit.
It was Snowgre.
"This is so dumb! I can't believe we're celebrating something Shrek made up! Even the girls are laughing at me!" he thought as he came out.
"Aww Snowg you look cute!" I said hugging him.
"Thanks Carley. Can I ask you a favour/" he replied. "Sure. What is it?" I asked him.
Do you think it's possible for us to swap suits?" he told me.
"Okay but won't Shrek be upset?" I said,
"Not really. At least St Patrick's Day is a real holiday. Shrek made St Ogreick's Day up.
He doesn't know how dumb he makes me look in this!" Snowgre told me.
We then went into the outhouse to change. Snowgre came out wearing the green St Patrick's Day suit and I was wearing the St Ogreick's one.
But then we saw something hurtle from the sky.
"What is it?" Leah asked joining us.
"I think it's a falling gomet or something!" I told her.
We heard it crash near the swamp.
"Come on! Let's see what it is!" Leah told us.
"O-Okay!" I replied nervously as she helped me walk to where ever the thing had crashed along with Snowgre.
We gasped in awe.
"It's a space ship! I knew there was life on other planets!" I said excitedly.
It then opened and we went inside.
It didn't look like a space ship.
It looked more like a swamp house…
"Hello? Is anybody here?" Leah asked loudly. Snowgre then pulled us over to something. It was a chair at the control panel.
Sleeping in it was a baby ogre…
It had dark green skin, trumpet shaped ears like a normal ogre with purple eyes.
"Aww! He's cute!" I said. Leah agreed.
It then began to wake up.
"Hello? Who're you? Where's my Mommy?" it said sadly.
"Don't worry we won't hurt you.
I'm Carley and my friends here are Leah and Snowgre." I told it softly.
"Where's your Mom little guy?" Snowgre asked him. "I don't know. There were bad guys and my Mommy was fighting them. Then she sent me in this. I come from the planet Ogreia but we're a peaceful race of alien ogres.
My name is Rai-sha." the alien ogre baby explained.
"Don't worry Rai-sha you can live in my cousin's swamp for a while until your Mom comes. He has three babies so an alien one from another planet wouldn't bother him, I hope." Snowgre told him as they took him into the swamp...
