I can't take my eyes off you: no affiliation. no money.

Sometimes, when I wake up in the morning, and watch you asleep, I still can't believe I can call you mine.

The girl in front of the open laptop erased the sentence immediately after reading it over again. Though it was all true, the blonde couldn't believe anything of what she wrote about the man. It had been years when they said goodbye with a kiss, and just weeks ago they were reunited at a simple event.

She had always been insecure in relationships she didn't even know if they were in a relationship at all. But she just watched him quietly in the big bed, moving her hand to caress his cheek, feeling every inch of the stubbled skin. In her eyes, the boy was perfect in every way possible. How his brown eyes would watch her when she was sitting far across the room, talking to her friends and how he touched her and told her how pretty she was even though she had just woken up. But now he was still asleep, breathing softly and moving from time to time, mumbling random words sometimes. Most of the time, he was restless when he came to keep her company, but this time was different. He wasn't restless at all, he was the opposite from everything he had ever been. He was peaceful, and yesterday night he had been more romantic than ever. She always knew he was special and romantic, but yesterday night surpassed every other night.

The girl got up from the bed, throwing the closest shirt she could find over her small frame. It was his, big too big her, but I'd fit around his muscular stature perfectly. She took her time, turning to the mirror to watch herself wearing his shirt. She knew she had to go, without saying goodbye this time.
