A/N: Wow, this took me longer than it should've had... Anyway, this was basically just a try-out on Kurtofsky fanfiction since I've never written it before. Sorry for any mistakes. Enjoy!
Their relationship in the nutshell? Screaming, fighting, kissing. But most of all, passion.
It had been like that from the very start.
They would start an argument over the silliest thing, yell some insults, Kurt would leave with slamming door, Dave would be absolutely devastated for a while until Kurt came back and they made up.
They were running in circles. And it was fine with Dave. After all, this was the best thing ever happened to him.
He just didn't think it was the best thing for Kurt.

"Hey babe..."
"Hmmhm?"
This was it.
"I think we should take a break."
Kurt blinked, getting up from Dave's lap. He laughed dryly, hoping sincerely it was a joke. But when he looked at David's serious, sad eyes, he immediately knew it wasn't.
"You... don't want to be together anymore?"
xx
He might as well admit it.
He was miserable. Even more than after he had kissed Kurt for the very first time. (That somehow doesn't sound right...)
But he would do anything to make Kurt happy. And in the long run, this was better for him anyway.
...Then how come he looked just as miserable as Dave when he saw him at the school?
xx
"David. Karofsky. Out. Now."
Dave didn't really want to see Kurt, (or he did, but he knew seeing him would make him wanna get back together) but Kurt's firm voice in the phone didn't leave room for arguments.
So he practically ran from his room to downstairs and out of the door (ignoring his father calling his name) to outside.
Kurt. His Kurt. He was there. He was as beautiful as always, but he looked really, really worn out. Like he hadn't been sleeping in a week. Dave wondered if that was actually the case. That them breaking up would make Kurt so unhappy that he had lost his sleep. No, it couldn't be, he couldn't love Dave that much...
"We're getting back to together."
Apparently he could.
David laughed. It was dry and hoarse, and barely even a laugh, but it didn't matter. Kurt broke into grin.
He couldn't believe it. Kurt loved him.
Dave walked to him, and wrapped his arms around smaller boy. Kurt rested his head on his massive chest, like he always did. It was like everything was like it used to be. Like they hadn't been apart that horrible, horrible week.
Except that it wasn't exactly the same. David now knew that Kurt loved him just as much as he did.
As if Kurt wanted to confirm it, he whispered "I love you, you stupid, silly boy" to Dave's shirt. He laughed (for real, this time) and murmured the same to Kurt's hair.
A/N: Review if you liked it please! :3
